The Key points of our approach
Helicopter BlueprintmyFood solutions is dedicated to determine how we can support our customers in the F&B industry in an effective and efficient manner. Therefore it is important to define a common approach which is widely supported within the organization. To say it with the words of Confucius: "Tell me and I will forget,
Show me and I may remember, Involve me and I will understand..." An important part of our approach is our helicopter blueprint. The aim of this helicopter blueprint is to get an integrated overview of the structure and organization of the company. It will zoom in on bottlenecks in the business processes and will address them. We then get a helicopter view over the company and will examine the critical business processes further. The focus will be on a consistent process construction and the relations between those processes. We will also look at Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) of the company to measure, control and safeguard the effectiveness of the company. Another important area is the quality of the organization and the communication and management structure in order to make the right connection towards a potential “Change” project but also towards the culture of the company. Implementation proposals and the myFood solutions TemplatesOne of the deliverables of the Helicopter Blueprint is to determine the Business Organizational Model that provides the best fit with the business processes of the customer. We then map this model with our myFood solutions templates (MFST). Finally we will propose an implementation project proposal with the education and support proposal. Our MFS templates are continuously updated by input of the universities, our knowledge teams, branch organizations, and law and legislations. MFS templates can be seen as Best Practice models derived from the day to day operations and then generalized.
ImplementationIn the implementation project we will translate the preferred Business Organizational Models towards the software templates, introduction in the user organization and to set up the support organization |
